WORKGROUP: Non-Point Source

The Non-Point Source Group will examine the source of phosphorus loading from all sources minus the point source loading of phosphorus and report to the policy group a recommendation for the division of controllable non-point sources from non-controllable non-point sources and natural sources of phosphorus contributions to the river.

The Non-Point Source Group will assess the potential for and the approximate costs of the reduction of phosphorus from non-point sources and report to the policy group their assessment of various source reduction and the Best Management Practices (BMPs) considered in reaching their conclusion regarding potential non-point source phosphorus reduction.

The Group will make a recommendation to the Technical Group for the Proposed Implementation Plan.
